Aermotor, webster tri-polar oscillator, magneto, 303M57

I have a Webster Tri-Polar Oscillator magneto that is for an Aermotor engine (according to the referance books I have).
The band says it is Type BMM, number 1033057, and the number on the bracket has 303M57 on it.
Neither the magneto or the points are stuck. I do not know if it produces a spark.
The only minor things that I know of that it would need is: The roller/guide in the 3rd picture is stuck on the shaft, One of the shaft oil ports has the spring broke on the cover (the cover is still there), and the isulation is gone from the wire from the magneto to the points.
