This is a new Triumph high carbon 1" steel tap with 11 1/2 threads per inch and five flutes. It is made in the USA by the Triumph Twist Drill Co. It is still in package, and never used, may have some minor rust from storage. The package itself is dusty from storage. Picture is not of actual item, but is of the same make and condition.
