This is a NEW, State of the Art Module
* ONLY 6.5 mm in diameter X 8.5 mm long
* Utilizes a 650nm, 7 mW laser diode with the APC driver circuit inside the normal diode package. We sell those too, without the housing.
* No more bulky PCB hanging off the back of the module, or taking up valuable space inside the module, making this a very compact module.
* Made by an ISO 9001 diode manufacturer, not a cheap China laser that will die prematurely. These are long lifetime devices.
* Operartes with only about 15 mA of current.
* ~3 mW of laser power output, Class IIIa.
* Surprisingly very nice beam! Well Collimated.
* Another great feature about this module is the fact that the injection molded plastic housing has an integrated collimator lens - all for added cost and space savings for you.
