Comes new in factory box. "S" Hooks crimped on either end to prevent loss.
Designed to hold tarp covers on trucks and trailers. Not to be used to restrain cargo. Molded rubber construction for high ozone resistance and stretch resiliency. Stretches up to twice their length. Use caution when using rubber ties.
WARNING: Ties have a strong spring force if they become unhooked while under tension, they can snap back and cause injury. Safety glasses are recommended.
