This AGL GradeLight 2500 Utility Alignmemt Laser is on consignment and I was told it is new. As far as I can tell it is NEW or AS NEW. There are no scratches, nicks, or markings on the instrument or the accessories. The case does have some scuff marks on it from being shuffled around. It looks like I was the first to untwisted the twist tie on the electrical cord to test laser. All seems to work well.
