This is an SCC model 4003-BG-Y-R-24V LED Stack light. These lights are typically used in industrial and factory environments where signal and warning lights are necessary for a good, safe work environment. This particular LED stack has Red, Yellow, and Green lights, similar to a traffic light, and is generally meant for the same sort of function (e.g. directing traffic on a factory floor, etc.). It is made of sturdy, thick plastic and metal, and has six long wires coming from it, a three blue and three white, each with one wire corresponding to each LED color.
