This is new Siemens EH3-B040 40 amp 480 volt, three phase, circuit breaker. The fault current for this circuit breaker is 14k AIC.
This circuit breaker has been purchased for a project and not used. It is still in the clear vacuum seal packaging. I do not offer any warranty or guarantee on the performance of this product only because I do not have the means to test and certify circuit breakers.
