CORVEL 23000 series polyester based specialty finish powder coatings are weatherable coatings (some finishes may require a clear weatherable top coat to improve weatherability, enhance mar resistance and resistance to scuffing and scratching). These polyester finishes serve as decorative and/or as functional coatings in a wide range of metallic, clear, metallic hammer tones, metallic textures and/or unique/special end use applications. They possess outstanding performance characteristics and mechanical properties. Rohm and Haas Powder Coatings polyester 23000 series specialty finishes are ideal for applications such as sports and recreation equipment, furniture, hand and power tools, hardware, fixtures, tool boxes, safety equipment, appliances, wire goods, indoor and outdoor furniture, cabinetry and metal shelving applications. Application and Storage Conditions
All oil and grease, mill scale and rust, must be removed. Iron or Zinc phosphate pretreatment is
recommended for optimum performance.
Shelf life is one year (365 days) when stored in dry conditions at less than 80 F.
