Trane XE1200 air conditioner/ goodman gas furnace 5 ton
For sale a brand new 5 ton Split unit TRANE XE1200 Air Conditioner and a Goodman Gas Furnace-High Efficiency Unit.
The TRANE runs on electric and the Goodman runs on gas. It is a commercial unit, I bought it for my business but after i had it installed, I found out that my duct work could only handle a 4 ton, so i bought a 4 ton unit.
Both the TRANE and Goodman unit is working.
