This is a used bracket that has a rod (about 10") attached to it. Inside this sits a separate metal cylinder that has a 6-pin connection and on top a red plastic indicator (lights up???) This cylinder slips out of the other piece. The top of the cylinder also has these numbers 261-2341. I have no idea what this is for. #1301
