Item ...................... Someone sent me the following info on this tool. This style of coupling was designed by and sold by a very large worldwide tooling supplier called Sandvik. It is what they refer to as a "Coromill Capto" connection and is widely used in a very extensive modular tooling system they have in their line-up.
Diameter ............... 3/4" with 5/16" drive lugs
Length .................. 2.875" Overall
Condition ............ Nice used, I measured the shank from one radius point across to the radius flat and it measures 1.357"
