Reconditioned Semi-Automatic Polishers
This is an extra heavy-duty machine designed for polishing and buffing of motorcycle, automobile, and truck wheels. It can be built to accommodate up to 24 diameter wheels. It can also be adapted to run a variety of other parts.
This machine can be used with flap wheels, set up wheels, Scotch Brite wheels or buffs. It has a Syncrogear drive motor that can be activated by a forward/reverse switch to run the table at various RPM. Operations can be easily learned.
* Steel Materials: Machine is made of thick plate. Safety guards are made of 14 gauge material.
* Table Syncrogear Drive Motor: HP or 1 HP, 1725 RPM reduced to 28 RPM rotation speed.
* Wheel Mounting Table: Polishing table allows unlimited angle adjustments to 90 for polishing access to the entire wheel.
* Air Pressure: Requires 80 to 100 lbs.
* Pneumatic Quick-Lock wheel clamp accessory
* Filter, regulator & lubrication included
