We believe these breakers to be new, but can't gaurantee it. They came together in plastic bags in an unmarked box we got through unclaimed freight. They appear to be in great condition with only signs of shelf wear (dust and a few scratches), don't look as if they were ever installed. One has a very slight chip from the side that should not effect usage.
