1. Making developing solution:
Mix the developer powder with 20x water in plastic container, (eg. 50g powder with 1000cc water)
2. Develop board (in a dark room):
Drop the board into the solution copper side up. The goal here is to remove all of the resist (coating) that was exposed to UV light. Once the resist is removed these areas will be down to bare copper.
You can slosh the board or container to develop it faster.
Rinse the circuit board in cool water. Ensure that all of the previous solution is cleaned off the board.
1. Solution Temperature: 15oC~30oC, higher temperature, faster developing, but never ever >30oC.
2. Don't use same container for developing and etching.
3. The developing time will be increased one after one of the board developed.
