The item that you are looking at is a Flexible Steel Mandrel for 6"conduit. This mandrel appears to be unused and in great condition. The steel plates on this mandrel are tapered both directions so you can pull eather direction. The plates are spaced so you are able to make tight corners. This is great for clearing conduit of rocks and small obsticals before pulling the cable through. The largest plate is 5 13/16" in diameter.
