I'm not very familiar with these... I'm pretty sure these are 5C expanding collets... I'm not sure what some of the accessories do, but they look like they are in great condition to me... There are two 5C receiver collets (both the same size) and many expanding heads... I simply don't have time to measure and list the different sizes so the pictures must be considered your main description...
I can't see a makers name but I'm 99.99% sure these were made in the USA... Quality stuff.. No Chinese imports...
