This is a True RMS Multimeter from Fluke. It is Model 27/FM. It appears to work great and is in almost good condition. It comes complete with probes and carrying case. We guarantee this item is 100% operational, or your money back ( details below ).
The Fluke 27/FM multimeter has an assortment of features and will make a great addition to any bench. First off, it is a true RMS multimeter. Included is a bargraph on the display which is convenient for following changes in a varying input. It also has a hold button so you can freeze the reading on the display. Another nice feature is a stand so the meter can be positioned at an angle to facilitate viewing of the display.
I would rate the cosmetic condition of this item as almost good. There are some miscellaneous scuffs and scratches on the display window, but they do not affect viewing of the display. We have tried to show this in photo 3. Other than the window, the meter does have a few blemishes from use. There is some wear on the back of the meter, and a few labels have been applied to the sides and back. This is cosmetic only and does not affect meter operation. Please see the photos for the condition of the item.
