3. Please be aware there is a 20% restocking fee on returned merchandise unless an arrangement is worked out with us in advance.
4. Call or E-MAIL us within 3 business days for an RA number (Return Authorization) no returned merchandise will be accepted without a valid RA number clearly printed on the box or packaging.
