Appears to be NEW in box with packing and instructions. We removed one from the box to take photos.
This unit (Originally MS-4 Fire Control Panel) had its main control board removed, probably for service/repair on a unit in place somewhere. Enclosure is NEW and has transformer, lock, keys, instruction/installation manual & leads package.
