I have no clue on the history of these, not even sure if they are new or used from a closed restaurant that we attained the smallwares from, so for the sake of mistaking, I will err on the side of caution and assume these were used in a restaurant which was closed. Since they came from a restaurant that closed, we are assuming that they are used.
