The manual is in good to very good condition with no pencil/pen marks except the front cover. No folds/rips/tears of the pages except the first 2 page leafs have a 1-inch tear at the bottom near the spine. No dog-earing of the pages. No grease/dirt smudges/stains on the pages. No age discoloration, moderate cover wear, and light cover smudges/stains. The front cover has a 1 1/2 inch tear at the top edge at the spine, and a couple 3-inch tears at the bottom edge at the spine.
