We offer a complete line of Titan dual cutting angle moulder heads for cutting both hard and softwoods with the same moulder head it s as if you are getting two moulder heads for the price of one moulder head! This is the best choice for custom millwork producers who need the flexibility to handle any job at a moment s notice, without having to stock many different moulder heads. Our stock moulder heads are 12 degree cutting angle for hardwood to reduce raised grain, and 20 degree cutting angle to reduce fuzzing in softwoods. Only 2-knives are required on un-jointed moulders, using 4-knives will not improve the surface finish. We can also supply filler wedges for the empty unused pockets. All moulder heads are precision CNC machined from high-strength hardened alloy steel and designed to operate at speeds up to 9,000 rpm. Moulder heads are made to exceed the most stringent European OEM standards allowing you to produce a smooth material finish with years of trouble free use.
