Special Notes: The overlay for the operator station has been slightly damaged. A replacement overlay is available. The replacement was never installed.
The bend die is rotated by a chain driven sprocket which is pulled by a hydraulic cylinder. This machine has manual, Semi, or Syncro mode of operation. Manual mode permits individual operation of the clamp mandrel, pressure die, and bend arm. Semi model sequences the above operations when pressing the bend cycle push button. Syncro mode is a synchronized indexing system which is electronically interlocked by a low DC voltage system to prevent mis-bending due to improper tube positioning.
