If you are unable to inspect goods before signing please write "UNCHECKED" when signing for your parcel. Damage to the parcel should be brought to the attention of the delivery driver, noted on the delivery documents and reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. In the event of a problem with delivery please contact us via e-mail as quickly as possible; our ability to track the delivery and claims for compensation for delayed, damaged or missing goods may be affected unless we are notified within 10 days of despatch.
