The Model 67T has an 18 X 24 hot electrode and delivers up to 12.5kw of RF power at 80-mhz nominal frequency to preheat product quickly and efficiently. The unit has four adjustable leveling feet to provide an adjustable pass line height of 41 to 46 (measured from the floor to the bottom electrode). A product tray slides in and out of the preheater from the front.
RF POWER GENERATOR DESCRIPTION
The ambient atmosphere at most fiberglass pultrusion operations contains fibers that quickly clog standard air filters and they must be changes regularly to insure adequate cooling air flow. The RF power generator for the Model 67T is air-cooled and pulls air through filtered openings in the lower and upper enclosure cavities.
The RF power generator has a three-phase high voltage transformer and a solid-state rectifier assembly to provide DC voltage to the tube for proper operation. Cooling of the components inside the RF power generator is accomplished with internal circulating air.Comes with a TH6-3A power tube.
