This is a Wideband Fiber Optic Transmitter mfg. by Catel, model OT-1010-1. It is brand-new in the box, with the cable packs and manuals still sealed in plastic.
Laser wavelength is 1310 nm. A label on the front reads "SET 16CH=+24dBmV".
The ID plate on the rear of the Optical Transmitter indicates "FM 9600-0115".
PWR Supply 9700-1000-02 for 120 Volt
