Unitron Unimet Inverted Polarizing Microscope w/ Optics
Testing notes: The view through this scope is pretty nice. All the optics we could look through are in Good working condition aside from some light dust that does not really interfere with the view through the scope. One of the eyepieces has a little fungus around the edge, and there are some faint scratches on the mirror for the large format camera. The primary lenses on the objectives have seen better days, but the glass appears to be unscratched, just the coatings look worn. (shown). The mechanical portions of the scope are in good working order. We were unable to test the camera shutter without a shutter control. The lamphouse for the vertical illuminator is missing, but any compatible 40mm OD lamp should fit fine. The lamp power supply built into the base does give output voltage, but only up to 14V, instead of 24, we are not sure why.
