You are looking at a Gast vacuum pump.
It is a oil less, rotary vacuum pump. It come with a fairchild backpressure regulator.
You get everything pictured including the 1/4 horse power 220volt motor and the mount.
The pump is either new or barely used. It came in a lot of parts that I had to bu to get the parts I needed.
I do my best to describe the item fairly..please ask any questions you have.
