Cabinet - Double wall reinforced sides and back. Stainless steel front and sides are standard and painted black. Interior walls are 18-gauge aluminized steel for rust resistance.
Grease Pan - 1-gallon capacity, 20-gauge aluminized steel. Collects runoff and can be easily removed to empty or clean.
Burners - Three automatic lighting, naturaly aspirated, heavy duty infro-red burners with Southbend's exclusive Schwank ceramic tile develope 1600F surface temperatures for efficient generation of infra-red energy.
Temerature Control - Heavy duty, high/low gas valve adjusts gas flow. Rack can be raised or lowered to further adjust temperatures. Internal pressure regulator, factory preset at 4"W/C.
