MEAT GRINDER KIDNEY (STUFFING) PLATE (HUNTERS SPECIAL)
Our "Hunters Special" kit consists of kidney (stuffing) plate designed to fit on a #12 or #10 meat grinder. This stainless steel stuffing plate is ideal for "pushing" large amounts of freshly ground sausage through your meat grinder into sausage casings. It is also great for making a very coarse "chile grind" style ground meat. The plate makes a great addition for the game hunters meat processing capability or the home processor.
