Burnco 2 stage wash system
Burnco 2 Stage Stainless Steel Wash System
Equipment was built to support a prototype line-manual.
Used for a iron-phosphate stage and a rinse stage.
Included, I-beam rail, aprox. 25 pulleys, full drum of Oakite iron-phos.
Booths are 111 tall x 72 long and 66 wide.
Openings are 77.5 height and 26 wide. can be extended to 38 wide.
Each booth has a return sump pump to a holding tank.
There are 12 risers and 96 nozzles in each booth.
The tanks hold 782 imperial gallons. They have a Brook Hansen high efficiency pumps(7.5hp).
One tank has a Eclipse Immerso-Pak burner with Allanson ignigtion system.
The control panel is touch screen display and can be automated the control of the wash tanks.(currently manual).
One oscillating fan is included.
The supply gas pressure is 10 PSIG. Manifold gas pressure is 7 W.C. Max input 1,750,000 BUT/HR, Min input 218,000 BTU/HR.
Supply voltage is 575/3ph/60, Control voltage is 110/single ph/60.
