Fluke 332D/ab voltage standard/calibrator with manuals
Designed for the military, this beefed up version of the 332D DC Voltage Calibrator is an excellent choice for DC Standard requirements. Performance, accuracy, and reliability are built into this standard with special military shielding requirements which greatly reduce noise problems.
The following quotations, from the FLUKE Instruction Manual P/N 353292, indicate the superb quality of this instrument.

The "/AB" denotes that this is the military version - NSN 6625-00-127-0109.
This unit does need repair. It powers on, as you can see in the photos, but does not have output voltage. Internally, everything I checked is OK. I went through the TROUBLESHOOTING intructions only to find that everything I could measure, including all of the power supplies, looked good. Therefore, I expect that not much is wrong with it.
There are two physical problems:
1.) The Vernier Knob for the VOLTAGE TRIP setting is missing. It will work fine without it because you can adjust the vernier with a small screwdriver. I would just leave it at full scale.
2.) Someone did a crummy job of splicing on a new line cord, as you can see in one of the photos. The cord should be properly routed through the strain relief. That I would fix, just because it would irritate me.
1.) The interior is very clean and looks good in general - see the photo.
2.) All of the modules and components are in place.
3.) The extender board is there.
4.) The front panel looks good - see the photo.
5.) The case is in pretty good shape - no significant dents - some minor scratches. A bit of work and a can of spray paint would easily make it look like new - see the photos.
6.) This military version has switching, on the back panel, to select 120 or 240 VAC/50,60or400 Hz. The unit has separate sets of fuses which are automatically selected. The line cord has a 120 V plug.
7.) It is an analog design using discreet semiconductors, all of which seem to have JEDEC numbers. Therefore, it is repairable with available parts - just what I like. Signal level semiconductors are socketed in high quality sockets for ease of repair.
8.) This unit was engineered to be calibrated to the NBS and used as an actual Secondary Standard - good stuff!
9.) It already has the front panel LED indicators, rather than the incandescents used in early models.
The size is 19" wide by 6.97" high by 18.2" deep from the back of the front panel. It weighs about 65 lbs. There is a removable rack mounting bracket on the rear.
Finally, why am I selling it? I ran out of time this winter - it is now time to do the outside work. Also I acquired a lesser FLUKE Calibrator that is good enough for my purposes.
Good luck - I hope it goes to someone who enjoys this kind of quality. I have a FLUKE DVM, of about the same vintage, that is still close to spec, not having been calibrated or repaired since about 1979.
