Microscope stand with 6v 20w halogen illumination with variable intensity. Trinocular observation tube with paired 10x widefield eyepieces (f.n. 20). Four D plan objectives on a five position nosepiece (the fifth position is capped). The D plan objectives guarantee flatness of field up to f.n. 20. Widely used in research, educational and routine laboratory work. The four objectives are D plan 4x, D plan 10x, D plan 40x and D plan 100x oil. Coarse and fine focusing mechanism working properly with positive stop and tension adjustments that are user friendly. Abbe condenser with a numerical aperture of 1.25 with built in iris diaphragm. Built-in field iris diaphragm. Right handed mechanical stage with coaxial x-y movement and a sturdy specimen holder with excellent spring tension. Power cord is included.
No fungus, no delamination, no prism alignment problems. Good parfocal and parcenter.
