This item is a brand new Therma-Tek 18" single burner gas stock pot range. Model TSP18. Great for restaurants, schools, diners, cafeterias, anyplace where cooking with large pots is a need. With 100,000 BTU's of cooking power, this range can handle all of your high volume stock pot cooking needs. Whether it's stew, chili, soup, or a crawfish or shrimp boil, this range can handle it. The cast iron grate is removable for easy cleaning. This line of ranges is built by the family that started the DCS commercial line, so high quality is a given.
