I do get a readout on the diplay on this scale and it does responds when weight is placed on the platform but I don't have a way to test the accuracy. It is faded and has lots of paint splatter and it has had some work done on it. In the second picture you might be able to see that the ON/OFF button is missing. When I push the center red button readout this doesn't zero but it does zero when I unplug the unit. Over the readout it looks like someone took a clear plastic piece and siliconed it over the display (see 3rd pic.). It looks like someone rigged up the platform differently and used a platform that is not original (see 5th & 6th pics). The platform is about 9" in diameter. I don't know what should or shouldn't be with this scale so please look at the pictures closely. Everything that is included is shown in the pictures.
