Up for your consideration is this LOT of 2 - 12oz. bottles of DRYLOK ETCH Masonry Cleaner. This prepares concrete surfaces for painting. Granular material requires only mixing with water, it also removes efflorescence from masonry. Cleans mortar from brick and ceramic tile and etches galvanized surfaces for painting. It is made from sulphamic acid and contains no muriatic acid. It is manufactured by UNITED GILSONITE. Here is some more information I found online about this product:

This product is meant to remove efflorescence on concrete mortar and other cement like surfaces or will open the surface (for staining or other treatments like water proofing)(and can be used on galvanized metal to prep for painting) They say "this is a safer alternative to using Muriatic acid". not sure why though. Basically this is a surface cleaner or preparation agent to better facilitate or accommodate a secondary treatment. I did a search and found this "DRYLOK Etch cleans and etches concrete, stone, tile and brick. DRYLOK Etch removes efflorescence (salt-like deposits) and excess mortar. It s perfect for etching concrete and galvanized surfaces prior to painting." and there's more it is the first return you will see when do a Google search, for "ugl drylock etch" It comes to you brand new in mint condition!
Overall General Condition
Brand new and never used. No visible flaws in appearance. First quality, suitable for a gift.
Like new condition. Upon close inspection some very minor signs of use or wear, but no serious flaws.
Obviously used but kept in great conditional and well cared for. Expected normal signs of wear but no abuse.
Clearly used allot, enough to cause significant signs of wear. See item description for more details on further future use.
