Simple Operation with the Push of a Button
Electric Hydraulic Dockleveler is ideal for high usage dock areas.
Easy to operate unit. Operator pushes and holds the "raise" button which activates the hydraulic pump and raises the deck. When the deck reaches the raised position the lip automatically extends. The operator releases the "raise" button and deck descends to rest on the trailer. Control box includes red emergency stop button standard. When the truck pulls away, the deck descends to full down position, trips the limit switch and returns automatically to the level support cross traffic position.
Available in 115/208/230V, 1 phase, or 208/230/460V, 3 phase power options. Includes (2) laminated bumpers and a service range of +/- 12". Capacities available up to 80,000 lbs
Pit depth is 24 inches at front, 23 3/4 inches at back
Dock height is 48" (standard)
Vertical service range is 12 inches above & 12 inches below dock
Standard capacity is 20,000lbs, upgradeable to 80,000lbs
**Single axle capacity not to exceed 70% of load
All structual steel construction; welding meets AWS, design, engineering and fabrication complies with O.O.C. Comm. Std. CS 202-56, OSHA, & ANSI MH14.1-1984
