This looks like there is a laser mounted inside with some other high
power components with significant force air cooling. We don't know
anything about the actual power, wavelength or power input needed
as there is no documentation and the wiring connector is custom.
Therefore we have been unable to test this item.
We did not locate any specific online information about this model from the manufacturer.

It appears that American Laser Corp is no longer in business and we were unable to find a company website.
"these are typical Argon, blue green lasers. They take a 220 volt power supply that has the standard Umbilical cable output. They usually do about 200-300 milliwatts, not even high power. what is the red warning sticker state about wavelength and power output. The stickers are a max output power and really don't resemble actual output."
Looks like there is some sort of power vacuum tube with cooling fins in the image above.
This might be just what you need for your high power laser unit application.
