As with all ABB robots servicing is minimal. We would reccomend changing filters and checking the oil every year, replacing the back up batteries on the CPU and SMB every 2 to 3 years, and changing the oil every 3 to 5 years depending on use. We would also check the balance cylinder bushes every now and then.
