The machine has a fully enclosed factory cab with heat and air conditioning. The interior of the cabin is very clean also. All of the glass is in great shape with no cracks or heavy scratches. There are a couple of small tears on the bottom cushion of the seat. I do have the windshield wiper assembly to go along with the machine. It is currently off of the door but it will be installed. There is a CD player installed but it is missing the faceplate so it would need a new one to work.
There has never been any welding or repairs to the machine. The paint is original as well. The back door has been touched up where it had some scratches. There is nothing to hide. The engine compartment as well as the rest of the machine is very very clean. This piece was never abused in mud pits or construction sites. It has recently been serviced as well with new fluids and filters. A heavy duty 72" tooth bucket is included with the CAT. It is in good shape but would benefit with a new cutting edge and teeth.
CAT machines hold their value better historically than any other heavy equipment manufacturer. Save big on a great skid steer. Why pay $40,000+ for new?
