Would make a good cylinder for a log /wood splitter for 18" or less fire wood.
These cylinders were modified to fit a particular job by adding a 3/4" thick tang mount onto the blind end of the cylinder, but they were not used. they have been sitting in a stock room for several years. The original cross tube is still usable (not blocked) & the tang can be cut off if not needed.
