Used. It does have minor scratches and dust / dirt. No rips in the cushion.
Chrome finish. I`m not sure if the seat is real or fake leather.
Doesn`t appear to be really old. No markings or numbers anywhere whatsoever cluing it`s origin of manufacture.
Functionally Very good to excellent.
Bearings in the feet all seem to be there. Rolls around nice.
Screw action adjustment. NOT HYDRAULIC.
Pictured at the minimum of it`s adjustable range. In this position it measures 17 inches high. It can travel 5 inches higher, maybe a little more depending on how safety conscious you are. But at least 5 , 5 1/2 inches.
Seat diameter, including the trim is 14 1/2 inches.
