Kyoritsu insulation tester model 3111V
This meter is in good used working condition. The meter measures 5 1/4" x 3 1/2" x 2 1/4". It will test voltages up to 1000 volts. It also has an OHM Meter and a Power Indicator built in. The batteries have been removed and it requires cleaning.
The leather case is missing its top and the carrying straps have been cut off.
The test leads are in good condition and the instructions are under the meter in the case.
It comes in its original box which is in good condition.
