If there's a problem with the item that was covered by our D.O.A (Dead On Arrival) policy please email us and we will resolve the issue immediately, the item will be replaced or a refund will be issued. If the item arrives and is not working than it is your responsibility to contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
