These were purchased at a machine shop sale recently, and they were brand new in the original factory box. We rebagged them in 4mil ziplok bags. These are perfect for attaching data plates and other permanent attachments to machinery, as well as other light duty fastening operations. Simply drill a hole about .095" diameter, insert a Udrive, and tap it in with a hammer. The hardened steel ribs cut their way into the material around the hole, creating a secure and tamper resistant connection. These are pretty small, so you might want to hold them with tweezers to prevent black and blue fingers.
