Brand New Bearings Still in the Factory Box
Specifically designed to meet the high speed requirements of driven conveyor rolls, drums, and drive systems as seen in many industrial high production conveyor applications. These bearings are precision machined of hardened steel and feature a flanged O.D. for easy mounting in the roller tube. Use of a nylon ball retainer makes the bearing capable of reliable operation at speeds up to 2,000 R.P.M. and significantly reduces the noise level of the system in which they are installed. The CB14-3 nylon ball retainer prevents the ball bearings from cascading and contacting each other thus eliminating metal to metal contact between the bearing and the shaft, deadening the noise level normally transmitted to the conveyor frame. These bearings have a load rating of 156 pounds for 500 hours at 1,000 RPM. Hex bore size is .456 to .466. Bearing outside diameter is 1.524" to 1.529".
