Cables and other accessories are sold separately. This unit uses a standard 3-pin power cord (like that used for PCs) that is NOT included. The case is in a little rough shape. The fuse and fuse cap are both missing. Inside of the fuse holder there is a broken off cap of a fuse. From the looks of the fuse holder it is hard wired inside of the case and will need to be replaced. We have no way to test the pulse generator.
