Small single items i.e. 1 x 4 drawer filing cabinet are dispatched with TNT on a next day service. Larger or multiple items will be sent on a 1-2 day pallet service unless otherwise stated in the description.
The collection of goods is available from our warehouse Monday to Friday 10am 4pm but please give 24 hours notice before collection. Also please note we are closed for lunch between 1-2pm.
You MUST use a method of posting that is trackable, for example Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery.We are not responsible for any items that go missing in the delivery system.
You must pay all return postage costs and they will not be refunded by us.
It is also your responsibility to ensure that reasonable care is taken of any goods received and to restore them to us in a new and unused condition. You should therefore ensure that they are well packaged as missing parts or broken packages will have to be paid for.
