Previously only available in high-end inspection report software, Titanium Edition now includes the Total Control Summary generator. Tag a comment for inclusion in the Summary and TCS will take you to the Summary page where you select exactly where you want the comment to appear. All you do is click a the OK button and your comment will be in the Summary. You will instantly return to where you were working. Missing something on an inspection is one of the biggest fears of most inspectors. Three out of four inspectors go home or to the office to complete their reports. The main reason cited for not doing inspection reports on-site is a fear of missing something. Titanium Edition's Omission Guard makes it almost impossible to miss anything. Every comment field is highlighted in RED until a check box indicating "Inspected", "Not inspected" or "Not present" is checked. That's not all. If you accidentally check two conflicting checkboxes such as "Inspected" and "Not inspected", the comment field for that item will also be highlighted in RED.
Give your reports visual impact. Instead of simple check marks and X's in the check boxes, you can also insert any of the 56 symbols and icons. It only takes two mouse clicks to insert a symbol or icon from the library. First, click on the Symbols Command on the XL Pro Command Bar, the click on the symbol or icon you want to place in the box. The entire operation can be performed in ONE SECOND!
Use Icons in your report to identify the need for repair. The top row of icons in the screen shot to the left can be used to identify the different levels of maintenance required. A BROOM indicates that an item needs to be cleaned or needs routine maintenance. A PAINT BRUSH indicates a higher level of maintenance such a need to paint bare wood.
The $ icon can also be used to identify a major defect or deficiency. The T-SQUARE and TRIANGLE icon indicates that there is a design defect or deficiency. The international symbols can be used to bring items to the client's attention without necessarily identifying them as defects or deficiencies. Perhaps you want to bring a non-standard construction item or a feature that will require unusual maintenance to the client's attention. You may want to use the International ATTENTION (yellow triangle with an exclamation point) symbol. You may want to alert the client of a need to perform routine maintenance such as changing furnace filters. The international INFORMATION symbol (lower case "i" in a cartoon balloon).
Other symbols allow you to visually identify common components such as a FIREPLACE, TREES and SHRUBS, PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT, FIRE HAZARDS, TOXIC HAZARDS, and so on. Your reports will be easier to read and will look good when you use symbols and icons in key locations throughout the report.
There are times when you inspect a room or a system and everything is OK, there are no defects or deficiencies to report. There may be times when an entire system is not present. In such cases, you want to be able to complete the page related to that system or room as quickly as possible.
Titanium Edition's new Rapid Page Fill allows you to check all check boxes in a column with a single click of the mouse. Click the Rapid Fill checkbox once to place a checkmark in all checkboxes, click it a second time and it will fill all the boxes with an X, click it again to clear all the checkboxes.
Checkbox Maker instantly creates custom labeled checkboxes that you can place almost anywhere. You can add custom checkboxes to your master report template, any of your custom report templates or create checkboxes on the fly for individual reports. Checkboxes can be used to identify items within a category or attributes of an item.

XL Pro Titanium Edition's new navigation system gives you two method's in which to navigate to pages. You still have the traditional line-up of page names at the bottom of the screen in the order that you have them arranged (to follow the sequence of your inspections). Now you have a second, lightning fast, alphabetically arranged drop down menu of page names that allow you to jump directly to any page in the report.

Every descriptor and every comments field in the report contains a drop down box of predefined descriptions and comments. Literally tens of millions of combinations are available.
Double click on a checkbox and a check mark will appear in the box. Right click on a check box and an "X" will appear in the box. To clear a check mark or X mark from a checkbox, either double click on it or right click on it and mark will be removed.
