These are the exact same fasteners used by the tollway authorities for mounting an I-Pass, EZ-Pass, I-Zoom, Express Toll, Fast Lane, Fastrak and many other toll transponders although they have many other uses as well!
These fasteners are strips of flexible plastic covered with mushroom shaped interlocking heads that fasten securely when pressed together. When the two sides of Dual Lock are pressed together the hundreds of mushroom shaped stems interlock with an audible snap!
